  • Two Point O Capital raised $10 Mn in a Series A led by Transition Venture Capital.
  • The round follows a $6.3 Mn seed in September 2024, led by Omnivore.
  • Two Point O Capital aims to grow its financed assets to $75 Mn to $100 Mn in two to three years.

Two Point O Capital, a Bengaluru clean energy financier, has raised $10 Mn in a Series A round led by Transition Venture Capital.

The round was announced on November 2, 2026. It follows the $6.3 Mn seed Omnivore led in September 2024.

Omnivore joined again as an existing backer. Angel investors Chiranjeev Singh Saluja and Sudhir M Reddy also put in money.

Two Point O Capital finances clean energy and water systems for commercial and industrial businesses. It covers rooftop solar, batteries, energy efficiency and wastewater treatment.

The startup runs its own non-banking finance arm. It does not install the kit itself. Its software prices each deal and tracks the assets after they go live.

Its customers include Premier Energies, Godrej, JK Tyre, Morepen Pharma, Wipro and Phoenix Mills.

Today Two Point O Capital counts 25 to 30 large clients. Its financed assets grew about 3.4 times over the last three quarters.

Where Two Point O Capital Will Spend the $10 Mn

The $10 Mn will take Two Point O Capital into battery energy storage for the first time. The company will also grow its solar, energy efficiency and wastewater work. Part of the money goes into its software and into hiring.

The firm wants to reach businesses in power and water heavy sectors such as data centres, pharma, automotive and manufacturing. It also plans to serve smaller firms, a market it has mostly left alone so far.

The firm aims to build its financed assets to $75 Mn to $100 Mn in two to three years. It can send a business a priced proposal within 24 to 48 hours.

Existing clients alone could bring Two Point O Capital Rs 400 to 500 crore of deals in two to three years.

Transition Venture Capital said the model takes the upfront cost off buyers:

“Two Point O removes the capex barrier, accelerating the adoption of clean energy solutions.”

Yashodhara Bakliwal, vice president, investment, Transition Venture Capital. From the company’s Series A statement, November 2, 2026.

What this means for you: If you run a factory, data centre or hospital weighing rooftop solar or batteries, this gives you another financier that carries the upfront cost. Ask whether a lease or pay-as-you-go deal beats buying the kit outright, and get a priced proposal before you sign anything.
