StartupFeed Quick Take

  • Bengaluru Tech Summit’s Silver delegate pass is Rs 4,000 until today, then Rs 8,000 plus GST.
  • Bharat AI Innovation’s delegate pass rises from Rs 4,999 to Rs 8,999 on 6 November 2026.
  • Three official TiEcon Delhi-NCR pages listed three different member prices on 1 November: Rs 4,500, Rs 3,000 and Rs 1,000 onwards.

India startup events this November and December run from a four-day Ethereum conference in Mumbai to a two-day founder summit in New Delhi. Six of them are open to founders now. Two change price within five days.

The sharpest deadline is today. The Bengaluru Tech Summit delegate page sets its Silver pass at Rs 4,000 until 1 November 2026. After today the same pass costs Rs 8,000, plus 18% GST.

The price doubles in a day. Bharat AI Innovation 2026 moves five days later. Its delegate pass costs Rs 4,999 plus GST until 5 November, then Rs 8,999.

The academic pass there goes from Rs 999 to Rs 3,999. That is four times the price for a student.

India Startup Events in November and December 2026

Six events sit between 3 November and 3 December 2026. Devcon 8 India opens the run at the Jio World Centre in Mumbai, from 3 to 6 November.

It is the Ethereum Foundation’s main conference of the year, and its first in India. INEX 2026 follows from 16 to 22 November at Amity University Hyderabad. The expo floor runs only on the first two days.

Havionyx hosts it with the Indian Innovators Association, in an 11th year split into three zones: Idea Street, Product Arena and Social Impact Lab.

lands on 17 to 19 November at the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre. This is the 29th edition, themed AI and Beyond, run by the Government of Karnataka.

Embedded World India runs alongside it, covering electronics and semiconductors. Goa gets TOGETHER 2026 on 18 and 19 November, at Alila Diwa in the south of the state. She Capital curates it.

Mumbai then hosts Bharat AI Innovation 2026 on 20 and 21 November, at the World Trade Center in Cuffe Parade. Aegis Knowledge Trust runs that one.

TiEcon Delhi-NCR 2026 closes the year on 2 and 3 December at the India Habitat Centre.

Two Price Deadlines Close Within Five Days

Both deadlines come from the organisers, not from a seat count. Bengaluru Tech Summit cuts every delegate tier until 1 November 2026.

Platinum is Rs 14,000 against a standard Rs 20,000. Gold is Rs 9,000 against Rs 14,000. Silver is Rs 4,000 against Rs 8,000.

A Day 2 seat at the India-USA Tech Conclave is Rs 5,000 against Rs 7,000. Three or more people from one firm get a further 10% off. All of it carries 18% GST on top.

Bharat AI Innovation holds its prices until 5 November and lifts all four tiers the next day. Delegate goes to Rs 8,999, premium delegate to Rs 14,999, VIP to Rs 24,999 and academic to Rs 3,999.

A paid pass there can be passed to a colleague free until 13 November. Devcon sets no date at all.

Its ticket page calls the open general admission wave the final one, with no further waves planned. Community prices sit below it, at $349 for Ethereum public goods work and $449 for past attendees.

Core developers pay nothing. Seats last until they sell out. Karnataka’s technology minister set the tone when the summit was launched on 24 July 2026.

“Karnataka will lead the way for AI.”

Priyank Kharge, minister for home, electronics, information technology, biotechnology and e-governance, Government of Karnataka. From the Bengaluru Tech Summit 2026 launch, 24 July 2026.

What a Seat Costs at Each Event

The cheapest paid seat of the six is Rs 999 plus GST. That is the Bharat AI Innovation academic pass, and it needs a student or faculty ID at the badge desk.

Devcon is the cheapest four-day conference for an Indian resident, at $149 with 18% GST already inside. Residency is checked with an Aadhaar card through Self, and no ID data leaves the phone.

Indian students pay $25 for the same four days, and children aged 3 to 17 pay $19. General admission is $499 paid in ETH, or $999 paid by card. One order buys two tickets at most.

Two of the six charge nothing at the door. TOGETHER 2026 is invite only, and guests pay their own flights and hotel.

INEX 2026 publishes no participation fee anywhere on its site. Entry there starts with an account, after which the organisers call to confirm.

A free visitor pass at Bharat AI Innovation does not promise entry. A slot may be half a day, or none at all.

Exhibiting costs far more than attending. A Bengaluru Tech Summit startup pod is Rs 30,000, or Rs 37,500 with a 43-inch screen.

Standard rates are Rs 52,000 and Rs 60,000, and only startups under seven years old can book one. Each pod carries a free Silver delegate pass, two exhibitor badges and a directory listing.

Bharat AI Innovation sells 93 booths across 8 zones, from Rs 48,000 to Rs 17.4 lakh.

Three TiEcon Pages, Three Different Prices

TiEcon Delhi-NCR 2026 is the one price a founder cannot read off a single page. Its own site lists Rs 4,500 plus GST for TiE members, Rs 7,500 for non-members and Rs 2,500 for students.

The TiE registration listing it links to prices members at Rs 3,000 and non-members at Rs 6,000. The checkout page behind both shows members at Rs 1,000 onwards and non-members at Rs 2,000 onwards.

We read all three on 1 November 2026. They agree on two things. Charter members and Founders Club members pay nothing.

The event runs on 2 and 3 December at the India Habitat Centre in New Delhi. The 2026 theme is Growth Engines of Tomorrow.

Kalaari Capital is the strategic innovation partner and IAN Group the investor partner. Vikram Gupta of IvyCap Ventures sits on the organising committee.

Check the price in the booking flow before paying, and keep the receipt. The no-cancellation line on the checkout page means a wrong tier is a wrong tier.

How Big Each Room Will Be

Scale separates these six more than price does. Karnataka expects more than 1,800 exhibitors, 25,000 delegates, 1,000 startups and over 60,000 business visitors at Bengaluru Tech Summit.

They are drawn from 75 countries and 30 states and union territories. The conference carries 16 thematic tracks and more than 700 speakers.

Devcon expects more than 10,000 builders in Mumbai. Bharat AI Innovation expects 5,000 people over two days.

Its speaker list draws from Google, PwC, Capgemini, Accenture and the Government of Maharashtra. TiEcon Delhi-NCR expects 2,000 delegates.

Confirmed names include Rajan Anandan of Peak XV Partners, Vani Kola of Kalaari Capital and S Krishnan, secretary at MeitY. TOGETHER is the small one on purpose.

The page counts 120 founders, 30 investors and 20 industry leaders at Alila Diwa. Its own list of questions, lower down the same page, says 150 founders. A small room is not a worse room.

Which Event Fits Which Founder

Pick by what you need, not by what is nearest.

  • Raising from Indian funds: TiEcon Delhi-NCR, for Capital Connect and the live deal rooms.
  • Selling to large companies: Bharat AI Innovation, with 93 booths across 8 industry zones.
  • Building on Ethereum: Devcon 8 India, four days for $149 as an India resident.
  • Wanting a state government door: Bengaluru Tech Summit, with an Investor Connect Programme and pitching slots.
  • Showing a hardware prototype: INEX 2026 in Hyderabad, or a startup pod in Bengaluru.
  • Already known and women-led: TOGETHER 2026, if the invite arrives.

Two of these clash. INEX runs from 16 November and Bengaluru Tech Summit from 17 November, in different cities. A founder cannot work both floors.

TOGETHER on 18 and 19 November also sits inside the Bengaluru week. Bharat AI Innovation starts the day after Bengaluru Tech Summit ends, which makes Mumbai and Bengaluru a single trip.

Book flights before the middle of November.

About these six events

These six are the main India startup events left in 2026 that founders can still book. Three are run by private organisers, one by the Government of Karnataka, one by a venture fund and one by a global foundation. Four sell passes. One is invite only. One publishes no fee. All six are in person, and none is online.

StartupFeed Insight

The two deadlines this week are worth more than the discounts. A Bengaluru Tech Summit Silver pass at Rs 4,000 and a Bharat AI Innovation delegate pass at Rs 4,999 together cost less than one Platinum seat at standard price. A founder with a Mumbai and a Bengaluru week can do both for under Rs 10,000 plus GST. The one to watch is TiEcon Delhi-NCR. Three of its own pages carried three prices on 1 November. Expect that to settle into one number before 2 December, and expect it to be the higher one.
