StartupFeed Quick Take

  • PowerUp Money raised $10 Mn (Rs 95 Cr), led by Flourish Ventures, on November 3, 2026.
  • The round is smaller than its $12 Mn Series A of December 2025, and the startup calls it an extension.
  • Most of the money will go to building an AI wealth manager for its 15 lakh customers.

PowerUp Money, a Bengaluru wealthtech startup, has raised $10 Mn led by Flourish Ventures to build an AI-powered wealth manager.

This round is smaller than its $12 Mn Series A of December 2025. PowerUp Money said so in its statement on November 3, 2026, calling the raise an extension of that round, not a fresh growth round.

Prateek Jindal, founder and chief executive of PowerUp Money, framed the aim simply:

“We started by making high-quality investment advice accessible to every Indian.”

This raise is small. The platform tracks over Rs 2.5 lakh crore in mutual fund portfolios.

The app has more than 15 lakh customers.

Paid members top 1 lakh. At the Series A in December 2025, the count was 25,000.

A managed service, PowerUp Infinite, has gathered nearly Rs 500 Cr in assets in about nine months.

Across three rounds since 2025, PowerUp Money has raised about $29 Mn.

What PowerUp Money Will Build Next

Most of the fresh money will go into an AI-powered wealth manager, Jindal said. Its plans go beyond mutual funds, into stocks, ETFs and managed portfolios.

Flourish Ventures, a global fintech investor, is the one new backer. Peak XV Partners, Accel, Blume Ventures, Kae Capital, 8i Ventures and DeVC all returned from earlier rounds.

Prateek Jindal founded PowerUp Money in 2024, after co-founding the fintech firm Uni Cards.

What this means for you: If you pay for PowerUp Elite or track your funds on the app, this round decides what the platform builds next. Expect AI-led advice and managed portfolios soon, but watch whether a $10 Mn extension round is enough to build all of it.
