- The Neovolt power bank, a 10,000 mAh pocket model, sells at Rs 1,199 on Flipkart, the same as boAt’s, but carries a Rs 2,999 MRP against boAt’s Rs 1,999.
- The Noida brand lists 21 products across five lines, from Rs 179 cables to a 25W speaker with a Rs 3,499 MRP.
- The brand is hiring a marketing lead for e-commerce and quick commerce, so Blinkit, Zepto and Instamart listings are the next step to watch.
Neovolt, a consumer electronics brand based in Noida, sells its 10,000 mAh pocket power bank at Rs 1,199 on Flipkart, the same price as boAt’s model.
The two MRPs tell a different story. Neovolt prints Rs 2,999 on its listing and boAt prints Rs 1,999. That makes the Noida brand’s discount 60%, against 40% for boAt.
Both prices were live on November 3, 2026. On its own website, the same power bank costs Rs 1,399, or Rs 200 more than on Flipkart. Both brands offer 22.5W fast charging in this model.
Matching a price is easy. The MRP gap shows how hard a new brand is leaning on the discount tag.
Neovolt power bank, speakers and chargers: 21 products in five lines
The store lists 21 products, split across speakers, headphones, power banks, chargers and cables. Power banks and chargers make up 12 of them, six each.
Audio has three speakers and two headphones. The Neo Blast speaker offers 25W of sound, Bluetooth 6.0 and up to 8 hours of play, with a Rs 3,499 MRP.
| Product | Key spec | Price on Neovolt’s store | MRP |
|---|---|---|---|
| Neo Groove speaker | 10W, up to 12 hours | Rs 1,099 | Rs 1,599 |
| Neo Beat headphones | 40mm drivers, up to 12.5 hours | Rs 1,699 | Rs 2,999 |
| 10,000 mAh pocket power bank | 22.5W, USB-C | Rs 1,399 | Rs 2,999 |
| 33W Type-C wall charger | 33W, single port | Rs 749 | Rs 1,499 |
| 45W dual-port charger | USB-C and USB-A | Rs 1,199 | Rs 2,299 |
| Type-C to Type-C cable | Braided, 1.5m | Rs 179 | Rs 449 |
Discounts in the table run from 31% on the Neo Groove to 60% on the cable. Several products, including the Neo Vibe speaker and both 20,000 mAh power banks, show no price yet.
The pocket power bank, model NPBP1001, uses a lithium polymer cell and carries a 12-month warranty. It takes three to four hours to recharge.
Who runs Neovolt: a COO and a CMO, with no CEO named
Two people appear under “Founders” on the brand’s website. Prateek Choudhry is chief operating officer, and Surendra Singh Gandhir is chief marketing officer. No chief executive is named.
Choudhry brings more than 13 years across electronics, telecom, manufacturing and global markets. He studied at BITS Pilani. His job covers brand strategy, product development and growth.
Gandhir has more than 20 years in supply chain, logistics and sales. He handles buying, supply chain and selling on marketplaces and other channels.
Two more names fill out the team. Vipin Kumar Dhyani heads product and service, covering quality checks, after-sales and factory work. Prem Prakash, who owns product, has seven years in audio, wearables and smart cameras.
Choudhry’s profile calls him a believer in Make in India. The brand says it works with outside design and manufacturing partners, called ODMs. It names none of them, and its product pages give no country of origin.
Two companies share the Neovolt team’s names and address
The brand’s website does not name the company that sells Neovolt products. It gives no company registration number and no GST number.
Company records filed with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs point to two firms. Stepup India Digitech Private Limited was registered on June 17, 2025, at Unit B-704, Tower B, in Noida’s Sector 142.
That is the same unit the brand gives as its support address. Gandhir and Naiphee Gandhir are its two directors. Its paid-up capital is Rs 1 lakh.
The second firm, S R Projections Private Limited, was registered in East Delhi on September 9, 2026. It is filed under wholesale trade, with Rs 15 lakh of authorised capital and Rs 1 lakh paid up.
Choudhry and Gandhir are both directors there, with Ajay Kumar Bathla and Sahdev Dubey. The two men are also partners in S R Projections LLP. Neither set of records names the Neovolt brand.
We found no announced funding round for Neovolt.
What Neovolt still has to show buyers
Power banks must be registered with the Bureau of Indian Standards before sale, under IS 13252 (Part 1). The pocket power bank’s page lists BIS among its certifications.
That page shows no BIS registration number. A buyer needs that number to check a product on the BIS portal.
The bigger test is distribution. The company is hiring a marketing lead to grow its e-commerce and quick-commerce sales.
That is the shelf boAt, Portronics and Zebronics already fight over. A new brand wins a slot there on price, ratings and stock. boAt’s matching power bank already carries 2,135 ratings on Flipkart.
What this means for you: If you run or plan a D2C gadget brand, Neovolt shows the opening play: match the leader’s selling price and widen the MRP. Before you copy it, print your BIS registration number on every listing and name your selling company.
StartupFeed Insight
Neovolt is pricing at boAt’s level while claiming a bigger discount, and that works only while shoppers trust the MRP. The asset to watch is Gandhir’s 20 years in supply chain and marketplaces, because accessory brands live or die on stock and shelf space. Founders building in this category should track two things. Does the brand put its selling company and BIS numbers on its pages? Does it get stock onto quick-commerce shelves? I expect a Neovolt listing on at least one of Blinkit, Zepto or Instamart by March 31, 2027.
