StartupFeed Quick Take

  • Beyond Appliances has raised Rs 110 crore in a Series B round led by Fireside Ventures.
  • The round is the Bengaluru company’s third, taking its total funding to about Rs 162 crore since 2024.
  • The money will fund a new factory and a move into ovens within 9 to 12 months.

Bengaluru smart kitchen brand Beyond Appliances has raised Rs 110 crore in a Series B round led by Fireside Ventures, with Dharana Capital.

It is the company’s third round in two years and its largest by far. The seed and Series A rounds, in November 2024 and August 2025, together brought in about Rs 52 crore. Fireside Ventures has led all three.

The Series B takes Beyond Appliances’ total funding to about Rs 162 crore. Inc42, which first reported the Series B on October 6, said other investors joined the round but were not named.

The raise is about 2.75 times the company’s net revenue, which founder Eshwar K Vikas put at Rs 40 crore for FY26. He did not say whether Beyond Appliances is profitable.

Beyond Appliances Will Build a New Plant and Add Ovens

Beyond Appliances will use the money to set up a new manufacturing plant in South or West India. It will also launch its first ovens in the next 9 to 12 months. The new plant would be the company’s third factory.

The company already runs two factories, in Delhi NCR and Bengaluru, and makes about 90% of its products in-house. Vikas and cofounder Rakesh Patil built the brand after running commercial-kitchen firm Mukunda Foods.

Most rivals in the segment import and rebadge appliances, so in-house manufacturing is its main pitch against names like Faber, Elica and Hafele.

Smart Chimneys and a Push Into Offline Retail

Beyond Appliances’ main product is an Android-powered smart chimney with a built-in display that doubles as a kitchen control screen. The screen runs OTT and music apps, sets cooking reminders and builds grocery lists through links with Zepto and Blinkit.

The brand recently added the Cube Chimney for small rental kitchens. It sells about 60% of its products online and the rest in stores.

The brand counts about 1,200 customers across five cities, including Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Chennai. It now wants to widen its offline reach fast.

Vikas described the offline push like this:

“We are currently scaling our offline presence very fast. We have about 300-400 touchpoints for customers across GT (general trade) and AT (alternate trade), and exclusive outlets as well.”

Eshwar K Vikas, cofounder and chief executive, Beyond Appliances. From his comments to Inc42, October 6, 2026.

The company runs three exclusive stores now and wants 1,500 to 2,000 retail touchpoints in all.

What this means for you: If you build or back a D2C appliances brand, this round shows investors will fund hardware that is made in India, not just imported. Watch whether Beyond Appliances’ revenue catches up to the Rs 110 crore it just raised, and when its ovens and new plant arrive.
