Shiprocket reported a Rs 0.6 crore quarterly profit, supported by Rs 19.9 crore in other income despite higher operating expenses.

Published: November 5, 2026

StartupFeed Quick Take

  • Operating revenue up 34.7% to Rs 673.6 crore, from Rs 500.2 crore a year earlier.
  • Shiprocket posted a net profit of Rs 0.6 crore, against a Rs 20.3 crore loss a year earlier.
  • Other income of Rs 19.9 crore, not operations, pushed the quarter to profit; expenses of Rs 692.9 crore still topped revenue.

Shiprocket Q2 revenue rose 34.7% to Rs 673.6 crore, and the Gurugram-based logistics firm posted its first quarterly net profit since listing.

The swing is sharp. In Q2 FY26 Shiprocket lost Rs 20.3 crore. Last quarter it lost Rs 13.7 crore.

The results filed with the stock exchanges show revenue also grew 13.8% over the June quarter’s Rs 592.1 crore.

Inside Shiprocket Q2 Revenue and the Thin Profit

At Rs 673.6 crore, Shiprocket Q2 revenue still sat below total expenses of Rs 692.9 crore. The core business still loses money.

Other income of Rs 19.9 crore, up from Rs 14.3 crore, closed that gap. For the quarter, Shiprocket also paid no tax. That turned a small shortfall into a Rs 0.6 crore net profit.

Costs rose 29.6% from Rs 534.8 crore a year earlier. That is slower than the 34.7% revenue growth. The gap is where the profit sits.

On August 19, 2026, Shiprocket listed on the NSE and BSE at an issue price of Rs 97. The stock debuted at a 33.5% premium. For FY26, Shiprocket reported revenue of Rs 2,024.14 crore and a net loss of Rs 79.24 crore.

What this means for you: If you hold Shiprocket shares or sell through its platform, this is the first quarter the listed company has stayed in the black. Watch the November 5 earnings call to see whether the profit holds without the help of other income and the tax break.
