- Revenue rose 19.8% to Rs 3,066.4 crore, crossing Rs 3,000 crore for the first time.

Gurugram-based Delhivery reported a net profit of Rs 40.6 crore for the September quarter, swinging back from a Rs 50.5 crore loss a year earlier.
Revenue from operations grew 19.8% to Rs 3,066.4 crore, its September-quarter filing shows. That is the first time Delhivery has crossed Rs 3,000 crore in a single quarter.
Expenses rose 14.2%, slower than the 19.8% revenue growth. That gap is what turned last year’s loss into a profit for Delhivery.
Delhivery’s profit also grew over the June quarter. Net profit was Rs 31.9 crore in Q1 FY27, so it rose 27.4% in three months.
Operating profit improved more sharply. EBITDA nearly tripled from a year ago to about Rs 205 crore. EBITDA means earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation.
Not every line got better. Other income fell 27.8% to Rs 66.6 crore. The profit still rests on a thin margin, about 1.3% of revenue.
Freight, handling and servicing stayed Delhivery’s biggest cost. It rose 19.1% to Rs 2,195 crore, from Rs 1,843 crore a year ago.
Delhivery’s board also cleared an equity investment of up to Rs 36 crore in Delhivery Fintech Distribution, its wholly owned subsidiary.
For the first half of FY27, net profit rose 78.9% to Rs 72.6 crore, from Rs 40.5 crore a year earlier.
What this means for you: If you hold Delhivery shares or follow logistics stocks, the September quarter shows the Ecom Express integration drag easing as revenue outpaced costs. Watch the December quarter for whether the thin 1.3% net margin widens as festive volumes and recent price revisions flow through.
