StartupFeed Quick Take

  • US firm Infotech acquires Zluri, its first deal in 30 years.
  • Zluri stays a standalone division, with its team in Bengaluru.
  • Zluri was founded in 2020 and had raised about $32 million.

Infotech, a US research and advisory firm, has acquired Bengaluru SaaS startup Zluri. The deal closed on 14 October 2026. Terms were not disclosed.

This is Infotech’s first acquisition in its 30-year history. The firm was earlier known as Info-Tech Research Group and is based in Arlington, Virginia. It announced the deal alongside a new product called CIO Analytics.

Zluri helps companies find, manage and govern the software they pay for. It tracks SaaS apps, user access and software spending from one dashboard. Infotech said the two Zluri modules feed its new platform.

Zluri will keep running as a standalone division of Infotech. Its product and core engineering teams stay in Bengaluru. It will keep serving its current customers.

Zluri was founded in 2020 by Ritish Reddy, Chaithanya Yambari and Sethu Meenakshisundaram. The three had earlier worked together building enterprise software at Knolskape.

The startup had raised about $32 million in total. Its backers include Lightspeed, MassMutual Ventures, Endiya Partners and Kalaari Capital. A $10 million Series A in 2022 was led by MassMutual Ventures.

Solomon Partners was the financial advisor to Infotech on the deal.

Infotech said it has grown more than 340% over seven years and has crossed $300 million in annual revenue.

What this means for you: If you build enterprise SaaS and want an exit, a US advisory firm just bought an Indian startup to get real product. Watch for more such tuck-in deals as AI cuts the value of static research.
