MobiKwik reported an allotment of 3.15 lakh equity shares under its employee stock option plan on October 12, 2026.

Published: October 13, 2026

StartupFeed Quick Take

  • One MobiKwik Systems allotted 3,15,000 equity shares on October 12, 2026, under its 2014 stock option plan.
  • Paid-up capital rose to Rs 15,81,23,834 from Rs 15,74,93,834, about 0.4% dilution.
  • This is the fifth MobiKwik ESOP allotment since June 2025; the five add 13,75,604 shares in all.

One MobiKwik Systems, based in Gurugram, allotted 3.15 lakh equity shares on October 12, 2026, lifting paid-up capital to Rs 15.81 crore after employees exercised options.

The fresh shares came under the MobiKwik Employee Stock Option Plan 2014, MobiKwik’s filing with the exchanges shows. Issued capital rose to Rs 15,81,23,834 from Rs 15,74,93,834.

What the MobiKwik ESOP Allotment Changes

MobiKwik’s share count now stands at 7,90,61,917. Each share carries a face value of Rs 2. The new shares rank equal to existing equity, including on dividends.

This is the fifth such allotment by MobiKwik since June 2025. StartupFeed counted the five from the exchange filings.

Together they lifted MobiKwik’s share count by about 1.8% in sixteen months. The latest batch alone is about 0.4% of the enlarged base. The dilution is small.

Unlike a fundraise, this allotment brings MobiKwik no new growth capital. Employees pay only the fixed exercise price set when their options were granted.

MobiKwik, led by founders Bipin Preet Singh and Upasana Taku, listed on the BSE and NSE in December 2024.

What this means for you: If you hold MobiKwik stock, this is routine ESOP dilution, not a capital raise or a signal about the business. Watch the cumulative ESOP issuance over the year, not any single allotment, when you judge dilution.
