Fusion CX IPO: Dates and Price Band
Bidding runs to October 16, and anchor investors bid a day earlier, on October 13. Fusion CX has set the lot at 51 shares. At the top price, a retail application starts at Rs 14,739.
The offer is a Rs 500 crore fresh issue plus a Rs 202 crore sale by promoters P N S Business and Rasish Consultants. In its 2025 draft papers, Fusion CX sought Rs 1,000 crore; it has since cut the issue to Rs 702 crore.
The Kolkata company runs voice, chat and email support for global clients. As of June 30, it had 13,735 staff across 13 countries and 40 centres, working in 28 languages.
At Rs 289, Fusion CX would be worth about Rs 4,170 crore after listing. That is near 19 times its annualised June-quarter earnings.
Two listed peers set the benchmark: Firstsource and Inventurus Knowledge Solutions. Both trade higher.
An addendum Fusion CX filed with SEBI shows net profit rose about 129% in FY26, with revenue up 37%.
| Metric (Rs crore) | FY24 | FY25 | FY26 |
|---|---|---|---|
| Revenue from operations | 991 | 1,329 | 1,818 |
| Net profit | 36 | 74 | 170 |
Most of that revenue comes from abroad. Overseas clients gave Fusion CX 88.7% of FY26 revenue, and its 10 biggest customers about 52%. That is a lot riding on a few accounts and foreign currencies.
What this means for you: If you are a retail investor weighing this IPO, the window is short: anchor bids are October 13 and the issue closes October 16. Read the prospectus on overseas-revenue and client-concentration risks first, and note the final price can land anywhere in the Rs 275 to 289 band.
