Bengaluru-based Even Healthcare is raising Rs 208.24 crore, about $22 million, in a Series B round led by Khosla Ventures. It is the company’s second raise in 2026.
Even Healthcare’s board passed a special resolution to issue 1,91,228 compulsorily convertible preference shares at Rs 10,889.91 each, its regulatory filings show. Those shares raise Rs 208.24 crore in total.
Khosla Ventures is the anchor. The filings show Khosla investing Rs 145 crore. DLB Ventures follows with Rs 38.88 crore, and Simon Fiduciaria adds Rs 22.67 crore. ADBEEV LLP and Better Capital each put in Rs 1 crore.
How big is the round really?
The filing says Rs 208.24 crore. That is the verified number, drawn from Even Healthcare’s own board resolution. Earlier reporting had pointed higher.
In July 2026, a Mint report said Even was in talks to raise around $50 million. Entrackr’s figure, taken from the actual filing, comes in at $22 million. The gap matters because one number is a plan and the other is a signed resolution. Founders reading this should trust the filing.
Entrackr estimates the round values Even Healthcare at about $300 million. That is nearly double the roughly $153 million valuation reported for its January 2026 round. The company has not confirmed a valuation publicly.
| Investor | Amount |
|---|---|
| Khosla Ventures | Rs 145 crore |
| DLB Ventures | Rs 38.88 crore |
| Simon Fiduciaria | Rs 22.67 crore |
| ADBEEV LLP | Rs 1 crore |
| Better Capital | Rs 1 crore |
What does Even Healthcare do?
Even Healthcare runs a membership-based healthcare model. Members get primary care, diagnostics and hospital services through one subscription. Mayank Banerjee is the co-founder and chief executive.
Founded in 2020, the company builds its model around continuity of care. Its care teams follow patients across consultations, diagnostics, hospitalisation and post-discharge recovery. That is the pitch: one team, start to finish.
Khosla Ventures has backed Even since its $5 million seed round in 2021. The firm has joined the company’s later rounds too. In January 2026, Even raised $20 million led by Lachy Groom and Alpha Wave.
Are the losses a worry?
Even Healthcare’s losses are rising alongside its revenue. In FY25, revenue grew more than four times to Rs 25.43 crore, up from Rs 6.24 crore in FY24, according to its filings. Losses climbed 24.5% over the same period.
The company’s FY25 loss stood at Rs 90.15 crore, against Rs 72.40 crore in FY24. So Even lost about Rs 3.5 for every Rs 1 it earned. It has yet to file its FY26 numbers with the Registrar of Companies.
The new capital will meet the company’s business funding needs, its filings state. Even Healthcare did not comment on specific use of funds beyond that.
What this means for you: If you track health-tech, watch the burn, not the headline. Even is doubling its valuation while losing three times its revenue, and the filing raise is far below the $50 million once reported.
StartupFeed Insight
The number to hold onto is the gap. Reporting in July pointed to $50 million. The filing shows $22 million. A raise landing at under half its rumoured size, even one led by a name like Khosla, usually means the market pushed back on price or the company took less to protect its valuation. Either way, the $300 million tag rests on a raise smaller than the story around it suggested. Watch Even’s FY26 filing when it lands. If the loss crosses Rs 120 crore while revenue stays near Rs 30 crore, the six-hospital expansion plan gets harder to fund without a bigger, tougher round in 2027.
