Fintech platform CRED has launched Circle by CRED, a members-only app for paid one-to-one advice on careers, money, wellness and relationships. The app went live in beta on August 18, 2026.

Circle connects CRED members with vetted experts the company calls Residents. More than 100 Residents are live in the beta across the four categories, according to CRED.

Members reach a Resident by text, audio or video. The window is 6 PM to 10 PM, seven days a week. Pricing starts at Rs 25 per minute, and each Resident sets a per-minute rate shown on their profile.

CRED picks Residents on relevance, credentials and experience, the company said. They include operators, creators, specialists and coaches. A founder who has scaled a company can advise another on hiring or fundraising, CRED said.

Circle by CRED is built by Dreamplug Technologies, which runs CRED. Under the app’s terms, Residents are independent third-party providers. Dreamplug does not vet or guarantee their qualifications or advice.

The app builds on CRED’s 1.7 crore member base. CRED was founded in 2018 by Kunal Shah. It reached a $4.5 Bn valuation after Meta’s Series H round on June 22, 2026.

“Information and intelligence are abundant now, but judgement and taste are still developed through experience,” said Miten Sampat, interim chief executive of CRED. Circle will add more categories over time, the company said.

Select CRED members get beta access now. Other users can download the app on iOS or Android to join a waitlist. Members can apply to be Residents on the CRED website.

What this means for you: If you are a CRED member and want paced, paid access to operators on hiring or fundraising, Circle is open now, but remember CRED does not guarantee any Resident’s credentials.
